Community ManagerSince an update on 19th of March 2024 the EA App crashes unexpectedly every time it is started on my Windows 7 64bit PC (6 Games installed). It has been working fine before. Clearing the cache did not yield results, deactivating Bitdefender (Antivirus) did not yield results, Windows 7 is the most actual state possible. Edit: Complete deinstallation and new installation did not yield any result, the App still crashes after I logged into my EA-Account. EA Error Reporter ID: 065088a1-34af-415c-b6b9-fd6db595fca7

my EA app has decided not to run anymore. Every time I try to open it, it opens a window with a error message, saying something went wrong.
So far I have tried to restart the PC (several times), repair the app, clear the app cache and de- and reinstalled the app (several times).
No luck so far. I've seen this be an issue for multiple players in the last months
Do you have any tips to try or estimates as to when this bug will be fixed?

Same thing happens to me. I've tried everything, repaired the app, cleared the cache, rebooted, reinstalled, everything. And EA just ignores all my requests, emails, tweets, everything. EA doesn't care about its users.
