THE APP CRASHED UNEXPECTEDLY error since Friday evening and a quick restart does not fix the problem. It worked right up until Friday teatime but then it stopped working suddenly. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the EA app but I cannot play The Sims 3. I have deleted the caches and still no luck. Please help!

PS I'm on Windows 10. I've tried repairing the app to but I still can't get the app to open.

Time of error approx 9pm GMT (it was working fine at 7pm GMT)
I'm using Windows 10 and the error appears when I double click on the EA icon, if I click on a the sims 3 icon to play it or if I try to install purchased items from the sims 3 store. I have deleted caches via app recovery and unstalled and reinstalled the app from your website.
