Community ManagerI cannot open the Ea app at all it shows the "app crashed unexpectedly" prompt. I have restarted it dozens of times when this didn't work, I deleted my entire sims 4 file. Still didn't work so I deleted and reinstalled the ea app multiple times. Restarted and double checked the pc for any issues updated everything that could be updated and reinstalled again still the same message. I installed revo uninstaller and tried again still the same message. Please help I have tried everything, and I cannot seem to find a way to email Ea directly just keeps sending me here.
I'm having the same problem. I've tried everything. The rare occasion that it works, the game play is seriously lagging. Hopefully the fix the update.
