Still getting the same error message; app crashed unexpectedly.
Have not been able to open the EA app and play the games I paid a lot of money for, for the past 3 day's!
How long do we have to wait?
I spoke with 3 EA advisors and literally reformatted my PC, and maybe lost all my gaming progress in the process. This is just not acceptable.

It is crazy how little customer service you get from EA. I am by no means an expert Re computing, so to have to do all of these things with my PC has been more than stressful the past few day's.
In other areas you would get some form of compensation, but EA users are just supposed to wait or give up on using their service? If I could, I would play Sims 4 via another provider....
Clearly, there are a lot of EA users with the same issue, and EA wants you to almost reformat your PC, before they fix things from their side.
We spent a lot of money on these games, and we can't even play them. Looking at this forum/feed there are some who have had this issue for over a month. And hardly any communication from EA!!

While so many people are experiencing the same problem, this indifference and lack of foresighti is inceredible. We are waiting to play the game we paid for.
