What happens when the bug occurs? Cant play the game Mass Effect 3
What do you expect to see? being able to play the * game
Launching Mass Effect 3 (a game I have owned and played for years now) says that it can't validate through my Origin account.
"WE could not activate Mass Effect 3 on this computer using the Origin account provided. Please locate your product key to activate the game using your Origin Account"
I can click "Enter Product Key" but that takes me to a screen that says my computer is offline. This computer. The one I'm currently writing up an online support ticket on.
I can click Buy this Game, but that takes me back to the above, after asking to enter the product key (again, tells me i have no internet)
Or I can sign in as a different user. But when I do that it takes me back to the original screen.
Thanks EA. Love that you introduce a new app every couple of years that works like * and makes me unable to play a game I own
