PC EA app - "The app crashed unexpectedly" or "Background Services Crashed"

Hey, can someone please help me,

I went to play my sims 4 today but when I went to click on my EA app on my desktop, it came up with, "app crashed unexpectedly", it then prompted me to restart the app, which I did, then it would say it is connecting, but then the "app crashed unexpectedly" again, and it keeps doing this everytime I try to get into the app.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but the problem still proceeds.

Just to clarify I am playing on Windows 7 and my EA name is georgiamoon05.

Can someone please help me resolve this problem ?
