@LeslieChenze I also spoke to 4 EA advisors, they just keep sending me the same link to run a clean boot. I have already done that and many other things! In the end I am just being told to wait. This is just absolutely ridiculous...Never have I known such a poor service, lack of communication and interest in their customers.

@LovelySakuraDoll This problem happened a couple of months ago, and it was somehow solved on the forum. Now I’ll study it, maybe I’ll learn something useful.
