Thank you for the below. I had to run the update manually (updated app version: 13.188.0.5701).

I can now log into the app again. Finally after 1 week. Thank you ever so much!!

    It really worked. It was fixed when I updated it manually. After 1 week, I can now play. Thanks a lot. @Narayen
