Summarize your bug After logging into the EA App, the app opens to the hub screen for a few seconds before crashing and displaying a dialog saying "The app crashed unexpectedly". The cycle repeats if I click on the restart app button in the dialog.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open the app, log in (if not already) and wait a couple seconds for it to inevitably crash.
What happens when the bug occurs? The app crashes and displays a dialog saying "The app crashed unexpectedly"
What do you expect to see? The app should not crash and I should be able to play games I have purchased.
This has been going on for about a week now. The newest updated version of the app was said to fix this issue but it hasn't for me.

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Crystal Creations, Get to work, Pets, My First Pet, Romantic Garden, and more.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By seeing what’s going on with your log in feature off line. Checking your relationship with EA. Making sure that the platform works how it should.
What happens when the bug occurs? My game won’t load and tell me that I can play offline. Then I have to find a WiFi network just to log on. Using EA has been so frustrating because I never had this problem when I had my games installed without help of the internet. I also have had issues downloading packs
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the plumbob on the pop up screen instead of the loading screen telling me they are preparing my game. I expect to see my new packs pop up on screen like normal

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
Please fix my game. We as a community already experience bugs in game all of the time, I just want to feel comfortable knowing the website won’t mess with it too
