Still experiencing the "The app crashed unexpectedly" or "Background Services Crashed" error?
If you're still experiencing the "The app crashed unexpectedly" or "Background Services Crashed" error in the EA app, even after updating the client to v13.188, clearing the EA app cache (if possible), or repairing the EA app (only possible on Windows), please share the following requested data with us where possible (click on "Spoiler" to reveal info):
