I am constantly getting the following error: "Something went wrong. Due to the effects of a particularly stubborn issue, you will need to log in again. Error code: EC 105."
Is this happening to other people?
At first the error popped up every once in a while. Now it is happening almost immediately, every time I try to use the gallery features.
The issue happens across all game folders, both reset brand new and old games, with or without mods. It started three or four weeks ago after a mandatory EA App update, so not because of the most recent game patches or the new expansion.
I am on a Mac and have a stable high speed, high volume fiber optic 900 mps (average 500 mps on wifi) internet connection with a 3-5 second ping, so this is obviously not an internet connection issue. None of my other apps have connection issues.
Sometimes I can access all gallery features despite the app saying I am offline. Sometimes it says I need to be online to use the features. The automatic reconnect online feature is not working. If I try to manually go online using the app button, the app often hangs and I need to use Force Quit to get out of the EA App.
Sometimes the EA App seems to take longer than normal to connect so I can start my game. Once the game opens I can play normally, but using the gallery is an issue about half the time, so trying to save a lot I just built can be frustrating.
I would like to avoid having to uninstall the EA App, if possible. Any thoughts?

I'm bothered by this issue too.
In my case, this notice of "EC:105" pops up usually right after I enter the gallery in Sims4, and also I'm a Mac user.
And I'm too able to still scroll around in the gallery even the EA app says that I'm off-line with that EC:105 notice. In fact my game play has not been interrupted by this, but it still is an issue, isn't it? I don't know whether it makes me miss some information or not. But it's just so strange that the notice only pops up when I enter the gallery.
