I'm having the same issue using MacOS Sequoia 15.6.1 when using the Sims 4 Gallery, error code EC:105. It happens when I travel in the game as well sometimes. I've tried clearing the EA app cache, reinstalling the app, clearing TS4 cache files, removing all mods and lowering my graphics output in-game. I started a brand new save file and it's still an issue. 

It's been going on for months after a previous game update, very frustrating!
