PISSED OFF

Why is it so hard to get support on the help.ea.com EA app Feedback I've been told to keep reopening my cases but the live chat is never available. The issues are never solved and why is it that there is no phone serivce ? The AI bariely knows it exisist show is it supposed to help me with my problems.
