'some features have been disabled because the ea app launched from another application' this what happen when I open FIFA 23

@ntta0907 To confirm are you playing FIFA 23 from Steam or Epic Game Store?

    @ntta0907 This might be because were launching a liter version via Steam, To check do you get this message if you launch a EA App native game via the EA App?

    Also what are you trying to do when you get the message?

      ye, I try a lot ways like launch by steam and by EA app 

      I also delete it and install it again but it's still not working
