Possibly hacked

I am unable to log in to EA servers.  I have performed all network troubleshooting.  I created an EA account today but the issue is that the PSN account that is linked to EA account is to an email that I don’t own or recognize.  I was able to link the EA account to many other things such as Gmail, AppleID, Twitch, etc…but it says PSN account is already linked to EA under a different email than the one I created the account with today and that it can only be linked to to one PSN account in a lifetime.   What can I do about this?   It won’t even let me submit a ticket because it won’t let me complete the form where I should be able to select platform.

    Any idea how many days it will take to resolve this?   Starting to look like I’m not even going to be able to experience the BF6 beta at all. 😔
