And the help desk was useless too.
They just sent me an email with the Google suggestions I'd already tried.
EA is an absolute joke now, this is the last time i purchase anything from them. How do you roll out a brand new app that doesnt even work, done with this garbage, wasted money while they pad their pockets.
@FeliciaSerenity Did uninstalling the Sims work? When you reinstalled, did the packs you bought that still showed as 'purchase' actually then download? I'm having the same problem.
