Potential Workaround - Missing Download Button

Hi everyone,  We've been investigating the reports we've seen where there is no Download button when viewing a game in your Collection.  It looks like this may be related to ad-blocking or DNS...

I don't know if EA are still monitoring this post but I have purchased 3 Sims 3 EP and the download button was nowhere to be seen, the only way I can work around this is to completely uninstall the game and re-download it just so I can download the packs I have purchased.
