Potential Workaround - Missing Download Button

Hi everyone, We've been investigating the reports we've seen where there is no Download button when viewing a game in your Collection. It looks like this may be related to ad-blocking or DNS...

And the help desk was useless too.

They just sent me an email with the Google suggestions I'd already tried.

@Mrs_Evil_Uno They can also only provide you solutions which they can see on google as they are normal EA help advisors not are from developers team as major issues with EA app are bugs which can only be fixed by developers

EA is an absolute joke now, this is the last time i purchase anything from them. How do you roll out a brand new app that doesnt even work, done with this garbage, wasted money while they pad their pockets.

  @FeliciaSerenity Did uninstalling the Sims work? When you reinstalled, did the packs you bought that still showed as 'purchase' actually then download? I'm having the same problem.

    Yes I completely uninstalled Sims 3 and the reinstalled and it downloaded and installed the packs I had purchased which I couldn't download. It's a headache and a half but this is how I got it to work.
