Community ManagerEA is an absolute joke now, this is the last time i purchase anything from them. How do you roll out a brand new app that doesnt even work, done with this garbage, wasted money while they pad their pockets.
@FeliciaSerenity Did uninstalling the Sims work? When you reinstalled, did the packs you bought that still showed as 'purchase' actually then download? I'm having the same problem.
Yes I completely uninstalled Sims 3 and the reinstalled and it downloaded and installed the packs I had purchased which I couldn't download. It's a headache and a half but this is how I got it to work.
