Pre-order download error on old purchase
Whenever I try to go download my expansion pack it says preorder problem but I have downloaded it in the past. I have never seen this before and I'm confused on why this is happening.

That's definitely strange for this to pop up on an older order.
Can you try clearing the cache with these steps to see if that helps clear things up?

If you're still not seeing any change in your order history and aren't aware of any changes to an older transaction such as a chargeback, it would be best to get in touch with support.
They should be able to take a look at the transactions from their end and discuss any related issues more than we'd be able to do here on the public forums, thanks!
