Problem with EA login
Hello,
After the last update EA required two-factor authentication. However, it is an email that we set up when our daughter was little. We do not have access to that email, although we enter passwords that could be there, but neither of them works. Our main concern is that she has purchased games on EA worth a considerable amount and now we have lost access to them. What should we do next? Can't we change another email to two-factor authentication?

po poslednej aktualizácii EA vyžadovalo dvojfaktorové overenie. Avšak je to email, ktorý sme zriadili keď bola dcéra malá. Na ten email nemáme prístup hoci zadávame heslá, ktoré by tam mohli byť, ale ani jedno nefunguje. Ide nám hlavne o to, že na EA má zakúpené hry v nemalej hodnote a teraz sme k nim stratili prístup. Ako ďalej postupovať? Nemôžeme zmeniť na dvojfaktorové overenie iný email?
