Problem with pro club account

To whom it may concern,
I appear to be experiencing some issues regarding my account. At some point today, my pro club account was downgraded from level 100 to level 55, all play styles and skill points have been lost and I seemed to have been removed from my team. 
I would appreciate if there was some way to help resolve this issue as quickly as possible as I have put in a lot of time and effort to get to where I was just to lose it all instantly.
