I cannot connect to the servers with my wifi but I can with my mobile data. How do i fix this? My mobile data is very slow.
Okay, so I fixed it. I switched off my router for about 15 hours and the issue was fixed. I guess it was my ip.
Community ManagerHi there. Normally, when you can connect over a hotspot, it means the issue is with your ISP. We'll try some troubleshooting, but keep that in mind. What platform are you playing on? Also, have you tried connecting with a wire instead of over wifi?
