problems with downloading the game on new Mac

hey! I'm no expert in computers or video games and I'm struggling with both! so I just got a new Mac and they put everything from my old one to the new one, when I tried opening the sims4 they asked me to download something and it never goes after the 94% of the download and this is what comes up.. is anyone able to help me? thanks!!!
