problems with it takes two game licence
i bought the game on steam and i play in geforce now but after the game has been prepared the EA app say that my game licence cannot be found and say to me try to clean my cache but when i do it not...

Steam and the EA app aren't linked. Anything you purchase through Steam won't show in the EA app unfortunately. It's a complicated process to transfer game data / games / info between sites.
I would recommend visiting https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/ and contact EA directly about the issue.
