Community ManagerGenerally @Disillusioned0 if an issue is onlu affecting a single uaer and we cannot recreate it this points to an issue on the user side. For such issues this would be something you need to troubleshoot yourself.

Well now I have the same issue. Picture is blurry in app despite showing normal quality at EA.com. It is this way with every avatar I use either from my own pictures or the provided ones from games. I'm new to EA and only had one picture on my avatar before which was displayed in flawless quality as is in the original.
