I purchased two character skins in Battlefield 2042 and did not receive them.
I’m not sure who to contact or how I can get these any help would be greatly appreciated.
I purchased legendary Mirage medic and epic blade, wielding spirit.
The skins are still locked. I can click on them and it’s asking me to purchase them again.

Are the skins appearing under Collections > Characters > Customize? Please take a look at the troubleshooting steps on this page for more suggestions.
