Purchased new game not showing in Library

I just bought Star Wars Battlefront 2 celebration edition, was HOPING to install and play with some friends but the game is not showing up in my Library to be installed. I have cleared the cache, restarted the app, restarted my PC, reinstalled the EA App, and ended the EA services  but the game will still not show up in my library. When i go to the game it shows me having to buy it again, when i go to the celebration upgrade says i already have it. Anyone having any similar issues with games not showing up in the library?
