Xbox acc. is linked to wrong EA acc. and I don't know how to unlink it.
So I have an Xbox acc. that I download most games, including EA games with VIA Gamepass ultimate, and my EA acc isn't linked to my Xbox acc. because my Xbox acc. is linked to an account that I don't have access to. I was able to sign into the acc. that's linked to my Xbox acc. last month, but now I can't because I don't remember the password or the email.

In order to unlink a platform account from your EA account, you must have access to your EA account. So the first step here is to regain access to your EA account.
