Purchased Sims 4 add on, EA app on PC asks me to buy it again

Hey there @LegalyDa99,

In the EA App, if you go to your library and click the 3 dots at the upper right corner of The Sims 4 game tile and select Manage Add-Ons, are you seeing Cats & Dogs there available to download?

@EA_Solaire I'm having this issue too, charged for the add-on and then do not see it in my collection to download. Asks me to purchase again when I pull up the add-on

Hi @30061369,

There was a brief issue with the EA app yesterday which is now resolved- please clear the cache for the app following these steps then check if you're able to download your pack by clicking The Sims game tile, and going to Manage-> Manage Add-Ons.

  @EA_Solaire Just tried it again. Didn't work in the EA app. But it worked when I did it on windows, via the start menu. My problem is solved, thank you!
