purchasing expansion packs

everytime i try purchase anything it tell me my game spend limit needs to be upgraded. i’ve tried googling what that means and how to do it and nothing has worked. please help.

Is your account currently set up as a teen EA account? Your parent or guardian would need to login to the parental EA account attached with yours and change your spending limits there. You can read up on the article here for more details on these account restrictions.
