@Jadelouisee95 Are you saying the new packs don't show as owned in the EA App, under Manage > Manage add-ons? You can install them from there if they're listed at all.
Or are you saying that the packs show as owned and installed but don't load in-game? That's a separate issue, and in that case, please let me know whether you've installed the base game through Steam or the EA App.
