Re: [ANSWER IN THREAD] Ongoing Purchase Restrictions on More Sims 4 EPs

Hello, My region is Egypt and I’ve been experiencing a problem with The Sims 4 store for almost two weeks now. On both the EA App and the EA website, all of the individual packs I don’t already ownshow up without any prices or a “Buy” button. Just a “not available for purchase”.

Inside the game, the packs do show prices, but when I try to buy I get the error “We had some trouble processing your request.” I have tried multiple devices, browsers, and networks. I also cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the EA App.  Also the prices of the bundles  sometimes appear and sometimes don’t and when I click them I get a  404 error page. As far as I know the sims 4 isn’t banned in my country.
