EA Launch Is not launching on Windows 11

I was trying to play my Sims 4 before I went to bed.  But first the EA app wouldn't load correctly.  But now the EA launcher isn't even launching.  So I can't clear EA cache,  or even use EA recovery  launcher.     

I can't even uninstall the EA launcher because that's how troublesome the App is being.  I can't do anything.  And even trying to repair the EA isn't  working and that's is with me downloading another EA app. 

 I can't do anything but "end EA task" on End Task manger.
