I can't open EA app - tried everything.

Hi, I've tried literally everything and EA seems to think it's a server error on their end. Wondering if anyone could help me?  Recently, I updated my laptop to Windows 11. Since then, I haven't been able to open the EA app - it acts like it will open, but then it says background services crashed. When I hit run update, it says update server is unavailable. 

Any help would be much appreciated!!
