Hello ghenwa27,

are you trying to purchase the add ons directly through the EA app? Have you tried clearing the cache of the EA app?

i have been having this exact issue since December 2024. i wanted to buy add ons through the EA apps but i didnt find any of them. I looked them up through the sims 4 official website i found the packs however it shows (not available ) when i intended to purchase. i have contacted their support system multiple times but no reply so far. its devastating
