Why do I have to bear all these bugs? My account was banned because it got stolen, and now EA has even hidden my ban history. No one is handling my case, and customer service is just AI. What exactly are we players supposed to do?My account was hacked and then banned, and the only solution you gave me was to appeal. Now you’ve even closed the appeal channel. Is this the kind of service an international gaming company should provide? Is this a proper attitude toward players?I used to tell everyone that Apex Legends is the most fun game I have ever played in my life. But after dealing with your incompetent management, I am truly disappointed in EA and saddened by the future of Apex Legends. It’s pathetic, infuriating, and lamentable.
