Re: [ANSWER IN THREAD] Ongoing Purchase Restrictions on More Sims 4 EPs

I get error #OFFERNOTPURCHASABLE when trying to purchase Sims 4 packs in-game since February. I have already cleared cache, repaired the game, removed mods, and reinstalled/checked EA app. I can only see owned packs and no purchasable add-ons appear. Please fix or refresh my store entitlements.
