Re: App constantly resets language setting

EA App keeps changing settings to default ones, the most annoying one being constantly resetting the client's language to my system's language (Italian), when I'd like to have everything in English. In-game overlay is re-enabled automatically, too. But that one is a minor issue for me.

Back to languages, there is an annoying issue with localization of EA App into Italian (it's one of the main reasons why I'm so passionate about using the App in English): I keep logging out when I just want to quit EA App for the time being. In fact, The two options, on the right side of taskbar of Windows, are called "Esci", and "Uscita", which is basically the same, so I'm always confused.

"Logout" also exists in Italian, with the exact same meaning it has in English: please, use this term instead. So there is a clear distinction between the 2 options. Thank you

I am located in Germany, but prefer to play and read in English.
Whenever I change the language under Settings/Application/Application Settings Language to English and thereafter restart the App this change is lost and I am back to German as the App Language.
Any suggestions how to change this permanently without also changing the location to United Kingdom - which than allows to keep the English Language setting?

Correct me if I am wrong, but are you saying that none of your in-EA app settings are being saved when you reboot the client or your system? Do you perform an EA app recovery from time to time by any chance?

Regarding the app not remembering login credentials: this is something the teams are aware of and are investigating (thread here).

Hi, I am writing this because it seems to be a random, but pretty frequent, event. It does not happen every day, for example, but some days I just launch app and boom, Italian it is. As far as I understand, not directly connected to client updates, or app recovery/ cache. Not sure if issue occurs with ANY settings, or just some, as language and in-game overlay are those I use.
