Edit: I've merged your posts into it's own thread as the other thread was not discussing the same issue. If the steps above haven't helped, please check to make sure you're trying to load the game up when logged into the right EA account. You can check this by;
- Going to your EA Account and Billing Settings and click on the Connections tab. Double-check the Steam account is displayed there.
- If yes, clear the EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery - Clear cache).
- Verify the game in your Steam library.
- Then try to launch the game.
If you can't see your Steam account displayed under the Connections tab:
- log into EA.com using steam option to find the EA account linked up to Steam. That should ensure the correct EA account is logged into.
- Try to launch the game again.
