Hi there, @Vaxinnation 

Normally, this error means your account is already linked. Try going to profile.ea.com and click on connections in the lower left. If you see your gamertag here, you're already linked.

  • Hello, i have the same issue but on pc, i already tried view my connections on ea profile!

    Most likely, your Xbox gamertag is already linked to another account. Please try contacting @EAHelp through Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor,

    Same here for my Xbox Seroes X, there's nothing under the connection tab where it says manage accounts. Attached screenshot

    Hi there, @Sm1th524 

    It looks like the account you're posting with might not be the one you currently play on. It doesn't have an Xbox gamertag linked with it so you're not going to see anything under the connections tab. If you need help finding the account your gamertag is linked to, please try contacting @EAHelp through Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor.

  • Can't find a way to unlink a disabled email adress ?

    "Your accounts can’t be linked because your Xbox account LeCoupePizza already linked to your EA Account for b3*****@disabled.ea.com. An EA Account can only be linked to one Xbox account in its lifetime."

    i'm also getting errors saying my account is a child one, which is not.

    "You can’t link a child EA Account to platforms."

  • I have the same problem and clicked the link you provided and there is no option to "open a case" when I clicked on the "EA Account" option. Just the runaround, with no link to "open a case".

    It should work with these steps -

    • Go to help.ea.com
    • Choose your game
    • Choose your reason for contacting support
    • Select your contact option

    Let me know what happens.

  • I am having the same issue, this isnt my email address and the agent I spoke to was absolutely useless and wouldn’t pass me through DPA even though its an incorrect email address attached

    If you weren't able to pass verification, the advisor cannot make any changes.

  • @EA_Aljo Nothing, the website is a buggy trashpile of an excuse for a customer support experience. No help on any tickets and the entire website is strangling itself with minimal network traffic. Company has been on fire since it went live.
  • Cant even close my ticket, just brings me to a white screen. so you just get on here and make one * reply then ghost the topic for a year? More of these are popping up and EA is still allowing people to pay for something they cannot use.

    10 months later, and more people (myself included) are having these issues. EA is already a pariah in the gaming industry, and it seems like that's not enough for you folks. Having a god awful account system in place, and EA Play is the only platform I have issues on. Been having bs account issues since 2011. An entire new launcher was made and Origin is being shut down this year. Yet it's still just EA having these issues. Really hope this company implodes in the next 10 years. It does not deserve consumer attention.

     10/10 customer service.

    literally there's no point EA doesn't help at all just a waste off time I'm also having the same issue to be honest mind as well just make a new account and link them if possible
