It should be back to normal now. If anyone is still running into the same issue when trying to make a purchase please let me know. 

Im having trouble purchasing game packs throught the game, app, AND website. How do I fix this?

I'm having the same issue, cannot purchase packs in game, online or through the app

I have found uninstalling and restarting my computer and then reinstalling the EA app to purchase the games that way works. Now some games packs and add-ins I had trouble and I had to click around a bit. But good luck and I hope this helps!

It isn't letting me still.  when I try to click to buy something it just doesnt do anything and when i click on the view button it says "this pack is unavailable for purchase" on all of them

Same by me. I tried to purchase something from the spring offers but it didn't work through the EA App, because I recieved the same message with "We had some trouble processing......". So I contacted the EA Help for answer. The guy that helped me, said I should tried to buy it on the website. But when I tried to buy it, the screen was just getting darker. So he said I should try it on my phone. But there the screen was getting white. So yeah, I have the same problem like the rest of the people here. 

I hope it get fixed as soon as possible.

Hello I am having trouble purchasing the cats and dogs gamepass . I’m not sure why it’s not going through. All of my information is correct but when I try to purchase it, it says there is an extended your monthly game in expansion spent limit and I haven’t spent anything on this game yet, so I’m really confused here’s a picture  for  reference.

I have been trying to purchase a expansion pack with a credit card,

and when I'm on the last step it trys to say that I ran on out of spend,

when I'm using my card. EA, do better, this is really annoying, I just want to get a pack. ☹️

i bought a bundle..made a payment and received the bundle..and then i wanna purchase another expansion pack, which during the checkout it says that there was an error and cant be pruchased..this happened today 25/5/2023

I can’t purchase any ea game packs at all. It won’t allow me even though the details are correct and I have enough money on my account.

I have been trying to buy multiple expansion and game packs. Each time it says it cannot process my card and to try a different one, I have tried all my cards and everyone of them has charges for 1$ multiple times but no games are being able to be purchased..

Hello, I just started experiencing this bug today. I was hoping to purchase some kits to aid me in decorating and cluttering, but I can't seem to buy anything from in-game or the EA App got Windows.
