Having the same problem. Can't buy anything actually. Half the games show a error that they are "not offered anymore" and the other half only have the "EA play exclusive" message and you can only play them by buying EA play.

It isn't letting me still. when I try to click to buy something it just doesnt do anything and when i click on the view button it says "this pack is unavailable for purchase" on all of them

Im having trouble purchasing game packs throught the game, app, AND website. How do I fix this?

I have found uninstalling and restarting my computer and then reinstalling the EA app to purchase the games that way works. Now some games packs and add-ins I had trouble and I had to click around a bit. But good luck and I hope this helps!
- Amizze3 years agoNew Scout@EA_Kent I can't see that the problem is fixed? I can't purchase any add-ons for the sims 4. Whenever I click purchase, this message pops up:
''We had some trouble processing your request.. Try again a little later''.
Whatever I do, nothing seems to be working. Not quite what I was expecting with the new app, but it would be nice to be able to actually buy more DLC. But with this issue, and other issues i've read about, i am, quite frankly, a bit nervous to purhcase at all. Is it even possible to go back to origin, or are we stuck with the Ea app from now on?- 3 years ago
Same by me. I tried to purchase something from the spring offers but it didn't work through the EA App, because I recieved the same message with "We had some trouble processing......". So I contacted the EA Help for answer. The guy that helped me, said I should tried to buy it on the website. But when I tried to buy it, the screen was just getting darker. So he said I should try it on my phone. But there the screen was getting white. So yeah, I have the same problem like the rest of the people here.
I hope it get fixed as soon as possible.
And sorry for my bad english, but english isn't my mother tongue

Hello I am having trouble purchasing the cats and dogs gamepass . I’m not sure why it’s not going through. All of my information is correct but when I try to purchase it, it says there is an extended your monthly game in expansion spent limit and I haven’t spent anything on this game yet, so I’m really confused here’s a picture for reference.

I have been trying to buy multiple expansion and game packs. Each time it says it cannot process my card and to try a different one, I have tried all my cards and everyone of them has charges for 1$ multiple times but no games are being able to be purchased..

- trav12952 years agoSeasoned Traveler@alexandriabb This is happening to me as well. I wanted to buy an expansion pack before the sale ended and every card said my details were incorrect (even though EA charged the cards $1 each). Even a card I used a week ago to buy an expansion (saved to my account and made no changes) didn't work with the same error. I opened a case with EA Help and they did nothing and just referred me to look here. So now I've missed out on the sale and no one seems willing to acknowledge this issue.
