Whatever I do, nothing seems to be working. Not quite what I was expecting with the new app, but it would be nice to be able to actually buy more DLC. But with this issue, and other issues i've read about, i am, quite frankly, a bit nervous to purhcase at all. Is it even possible to go back to origin, or are we stuck with the Ea app from now on?

Same by me. I tried to purchase something from the spring offers but it didn't work through the EA App, because I recieved the same message with "We had some trouble processing......". So I contacted the EA Help for answer. The guy that helped me, said I should tried to buy it on the website. But when I tried to buy it, the screen was just getting darker. So he said I should try it on my phone. But there the screen was getting white. So yeah, I have the same problem like the rest of the people here.
I hope it get fixed as soon as possible.
And sorry for my bad english, but english isn't my mother tongue
