Try this it worked for me

Redeem your product code in your EA Account Settings

1. Go to the Payment and Wallet tab of your EA Account portal.
2. Select Redeem Product Code.
3. Type in your product code, then select Next.

Once you’ve redeemed your code, your game will appear in your account.
