I've been locked out of TS4 for over an hour now and as it's getting late, I'm just going to go to bed angry with nothing to unwind after an already stressful day 😣 I don't know what Game Hub is, but all the app is showing me in regards to images and things that can be clicked on are OTHER EA games. I only play the sims. I have zero interest in any other EA product and loathe the EA app, please just restore my Sims games and stop spamming me with working content I will never buy!

@nanashisims, it looks like you're dealing with (one of) the following issues: EA app (NOT in Turkey) - Blank/Greyed Out Game Tiles etc. - Since May 22nd, '24, EA app Not Working in Turkey Since May 22nd (Blank/Greyed Out Game Tiles etc.), which is in many cases caused by the following: EA app Malfunctioning With Pi-Hole/AdGuard On Network. We have troubleshooting steps for this here.
@Akiiraaaaaaaaaaa, based on what you said about trying the app on a different local Windows profile, it seems like there might be something on your usual profile that's causing the app to not work correctly. You could also try doing a Windows Clean Boot to check if any installed software is affecting Windows.
If you want to create a new local Windows account, you can find the steps here.

i couldnt understand, so there is a problem with EA in Turkey? I'm from Turkey and I cant open my Sims 4

I’m so confused about what’s happening with ea. I can’t even open it without it talking about an update. And so when I went to “update it “ it said everything is updated. I just want to play simsss. I’ve tried everything recommended, even trying on another profile. Like come EA STOP PLAYING FIX THIS . And I’m not in turkey. I’m in Maryland

I'm from the US and recently started having this issue. I usually just stay logged in to my game, but I crashed and had to load up again. All of a sudden, I received this message. It's been like this for well over 9 hours.

I am having the same problem too. Kind of glad that I'm not the only one. Kind of disappointed by EA for not updating us on this issue.

Spore GA are not Broken, I also have it on another laptop and it was installed via Origin, and it worked that time
