@Cyprin_Makos @Slinkachu448 If the app is still coming up blank or invisible, try the following steps. If you cannot sign in, skip the recovery app steps as you need to be in the app.

Delete Windows Temp Files

  • Press the Windows key + R, go into the file explorer
  • Type in %temp%, and hit Enter
  • Delete everything it allows you to delete.
  • Reboot the PC

  • Once ive logged in i cant see anything not even the menu bar. I literally have to right shift click to log out. I cant try them steps for i cant access anything once logged into just my main account (i have a second account that doesnt have my games on it, different email but it logs in perfectly fine! giving me all them options but no use on that account)............ its over a month now why cant no1 help me please. Look at my pictures and 4 posts now, how i cant do anything but complain like a karen.

    EA need to do something, i havent got time every day off i get to spend hours complaining to a blank screen.

    Ill be wanting a number to talk to someone next time i get a day off and find nothing has been done still...im not spending hundreds more on a new account because your sat on your Butts reading but not working to help players with there gaming experiences.

    ps. also already uninstalled and reinstalled EA app and repaired it...... NOTHING HAS WORKED... you need to do your job your end.

    Im  PC gamer and that guys a Xbox gamer..... its happeneing to others DONT IGNORE US!.

    Another day another post...

    Another week its still not working, ive tried accessing my other none game account that still works to try fixing the app from that account but still having no luck.

    This main account still just shows up as invisible on my screeen and all i want to do is access my games.

    Im getting tired of being a karen and having to post this each week but i wont stop till You HEAR MY CRIES FOR HELP!! and others who are now experiencing the same problem.

    Its obviously spreading and you guys just sat there doing nothing about.

    Very very displeased with the help service of EA.

    @Slinkachu448 There is a way to sync up the account. If one works and one does not then what we suggest to test this is to first reset your password to the EA account.

    Then add either a secondary email or a phone number for login verification. Once that is set up, log into the origin EA account using one of the alternative methods. This has worked for others but isn't 100% effective all the time.

    Dear ea team I did each an every thing exactly According to how you said in the thread in page 9 .. nothing changed still Getting the issue.. is there any way I can get the refund. Is there any official email I can write to . Please help me . I'm helpless here. Paid a lot of money to buy this game but cannot even download the game yet.

    I'm so incredibly frustrated with EA's customer service. I've been playing the Sims for over 20 years and when EA forced me to migrate to its new app from Origins, my ENTIRE library disappeared. I followed all of the recommended fixes listed on the EA site, but nothing worked. Since then I've reached out to customer service and received 4 emails from what seems to be an automated system all recommending that I try the same fixes I said I've already tried. I've spent 2 weeks chasing after these pointless messages. Clearly no one had ever read any of my responses and no one has looked into my case. PLEASE RETRIEVE MY LIBRARY. There was 100s of dollars of content purchased. At this point, I don't even care about my lost gameplay, I just want my games - that I purchased - back. Can an actual person working at EA help me????? And for the love of all that is holy, please don't not send me the link tells me to login and out and refresh my cookies. 4 robots have already sent it to me.
