When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) Since the EA App has existed
Summarize your bug Won't connect to the internet to install the EA App on my PC with a 300Mbps fiber optic internet connection which has had zero other internet connectivity issues with any program, ever
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Run the installer, press "Let's Go"
What happens when the bug occurs? I run the installer, I press "Let's Go" and after 30 seconds of trying to "download stuff" it gives error message INST-18-773
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the app install so that I can play the games that I've paid for, thanks

@pulsecontrol Hey, so this error has little info on it but from what we know it could be a few different things on the PC. Your "connection" however only dtermins how fast you upload and download data. Your network (ISP Provider/Modem/Firewall) etc is what can cause an issue like this.

Can you try the following for me and see if it changes?

EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)

Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates

Install/Repair your VC++ files for the game (Microsoft VC++ Link)

Download and update DirectX

Try the Game in different Compatibility settings

Connection Steps

Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance

Connection and Advance Connection Guides

Untick the options in LAN Settings (make sure nothing is checked under Proxy Server)

Change DNS settings (You can use the public Google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4)

Change TCP/IP Settings

Windows Steps

Try a new Windows User Account

Reset Windows Host File

Change UAC Controls within Windows

Put your device in a Clean Boot then launch the game

One of the last steps I would do is go into safe mode with networking, reinstall the App there and then try to log in and see what happens.
