To confirm EA App is meant to work with the below version of Windows:
If you are running into issues installing can you try running the installer as an admin, and check if any Anti-virus is not hindering it from creating needed files?
I have Windows 7 pro 64bits and the app tells me that I need version 8 or above for it to install.
Win7 Pro 86/64bit oplossing:
Deinstall en Install 'n nieuwe Origin
Alles als Admin. uitvoeren
Bijwerken beter nog vernieuwen,(Deinstall niet nodig!)
1 Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 tot C++2015 eerstx86 dan x64 downloaden als: VC_redist.x86.exe +VCx64.exe ... opnieuw opstarten
2 Installeer ndp48-web.exe ... opnieuw opstarten
3 DirectX installeren... opnieuw opstarten
4 Nieuwe map maken in: C:ProgramFiles naam: Electronic Arts
5 Plaats EAAnticheayt.installer.exe in de map.
6 Plaats EAapp-12.108.0.5365- 1602.msi in dezelfde map (oude installer)
7 GEEN Origin openen of starten!
8 Via start uitvoeren bladeren EApp..... msi uitvoeren als admin.
Werkt perfect bij mij,alle games geaccepteerd ofopnieuw geinstalleerd en draaien !!
Oude game-mapvan Origin kan je laten staan ,zie opties van EA-app.
Anti-cheat installeerd ie zelf bij opstarten game,indien nodig kan je A-cheat install zoals Pb
Dank aan forumwaar ik alle opties bij elkaar gesprokkeld heb !

I really don't udnerstand.
I think my windows 7 is 32 bit, but a while ago i had the ea app and it worked perfectly fine
