Re: EA App is not showing DLC after redeeming code

I have also put my game under repair and performed recovery app and still I get the same message as above.

Does it not know that I own the base game?

    Hi @Tranterbleu,

    Thanks for the update! To confirm what message do you get after selecting "Confirm"?

    After you hit confirm, if you go to Sims 4 in your library > Add-ons > Does it still ask for you to purchase the DLC again?
  • @EA_Illium  This is my message after I press "Confirm";

    The game has not joined the list in Add-on's...

    The app is currently offering me to pay £26.24 for 'Growing Together'.

    I have also tried to redeem my code on the website and via my EA Account Settings but obviously they tell me the code has already been redeemed.

    I was hoping that if I put my code in elsewhere, my game would be waiting for me on the EA app...

    Hi @Tranterbleu To check where was the code purchased from. Typically the last screenshot you share comes up when the code is already registered to a different account. 

    To confirm have you already spoken with our support in case the code was redeemed on a separate EA account or if it appears on the one from the screenshot?
